Procrastination Is Bad For Your Brain?

I'm not a fan of this study at all, but it does make sense.  Basically, procrastinating annoying tasks can make us feel great at first because we're avoiding them and the pain minor or major that comes with it --- but in the long run it hurts us.  Studies show it can even hurt our brain, which makes sense because then we're frantically finishing the task at or after a preferred deadline.  You can see the whole story here.
