I'm sure many parents in Newton, Franklin, and Ogdensburg are happy that free full day preschool has started in their towns this week. Our friends at NJ Herald are all over this and go into terrific detail here. We've discussed so many stories about most towns in Sussex County losing financial aid due to Governor Murphy's new budget plan, it's nice to see our community receive some grant money. Half day preschool is such a challenge for parents to pull off, when I was that age my Mom worked days and my Dad worked the 3-11 shift so they were able to tag team. Hopefully this new development makes it much easier for local, hard working parents.
