Pope John High School Senior Chris Biancone hopes to earn a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering in about 4 or 5 years. He is well on his way as a member of the National Honor Society and Captain of Pope John High School's nationally recognized robotics team. Chris also mentors the First Lego League Robotics Team at Reverend Brown School.
As a member of Pope John's Jazz Band Chris plays Bari Sax and Bass Guitar. He performs for school musicals and for Sunday Evening Service at Saint Kateri Church in Sparta. He has earned a Junior Black Belt in American Karate and still finds time to hold a steady job at Perona Farms.
It was very nice to meet Chris and his mom today during our Student of the Month presentation on the WSUS Morning Show. He has a great personality and wonderful future. Chris has applied to several colleges. Whichever college he decides to attend will have an enthusiastic and talented new student.
