Let's help Flicka! This 2-year-old dog was rescued from Louisiana and is currently residing with my friends at Father John's Animal House in Sparta / Lafayette right off of Route 15. Flicka is absolutely adorable and has a ton of energy and potential! Right now though she's looking for a foster home that can keep her in a low exercise environment for the next two months because she's heartworm positive. Father John's Animal House will be taking care of the costs of the heartworm treatment and once Flicka's done with treatment, you can sign adoption paperwork and take this cutie on all the high-energy activities her heart desires, like hiking and swimming!
