Can Drinking Water Make You Happier? Plus, diet mistakes to avoid.

For probably 20 years, I've been a champion of drinking water. Ever since my late teens I could immediately sense my body responding better by pounding water. I try to get Awesome Girlfriend Megan to drink more water, and it's a struggle. I did successfully get Steve Andrews to drink more water over the past few years, and he's noticed positive differences. Drinking more water is the quickest, and by far easiest way to lose more weight. While the average american reportedly only drinks 5 glasses a day, those who drink 10 or more say they're very happy.

Diet mistakes that can actually be hurting you. If you don't eat all day, then eat at night, it can be harming your efforts big time. By eating only at night, your metabolism becomes dramatically slower thus hurting your efforts at losing weight. We also might not be eating enough healthy fats. Low fat foods are not always better for us either.

I probably need to get better at expressing my feelings, etc. Apparently now it's not only bad for your mental health to bottle everything up, it's also bad for your heart too.
