A Hamburg woman was charged after allegedly failing to obey an officer's orders. According to the New Jersey Herald, a Sparta police officer was performing a check of Sussex County Technical School when he found a black Chevrolet idling in the parking lot.
The officer allegedly approached the car, saw Laura Presiosi on her cell phone, and asked her to hang-up the call. The 30-year-old reportedly refused to do that and refused to step out of the vehicle when asked. Presiosi allegedly became verbally abusive toward the officer and declined to give her last name.
She was reportedly arrested for failure to obey the lawful order of a police officer and for parking in a handicap parking space.
