After two weeks of restrictions and almost a complete economic shutdown. The number of Coronavirus cases continues to increase in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Yesterday, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo called the death toll in New York City staggering. More than 1,200 people have died in the State of New York. Most of them are in New York City. There are over 68,000 confirmed cases statewide. In Sussex County, confirmed cases of Coronavirus reached 122. Among them is a 10 year old from Hopatcong and a 17 year old from Franklin. Statewide the number of cases grew to over 16,000. There have been 198 deaths statewide. Yesterday, Governor Murphy said he will abide by Trump administration guidelines and lifted New Jersey's ban on gun sales. On line automobile purchases with pick up at dealership service departments will also be permitted. Yesterday, President Trump announced 300 ventilators were on their way to New Jersey. In Pennsylvania, Governor Wolfe closed all schools until further notice. His stay at home order has been extended through April 30th. Pennsylvania's number of Coronavirus cases increased by 700 to over 4,000 on Monday. Statewide there have been 50 deaths.
