This Friday Pike County will move to the yellow phase of Governor Wolf's reopening plan for Pennsylvania. This means all in person retailers can re-open for in person sales. However, curbside pick-up and deliveries are still strongly encouraged. People can shop at pet stores for more than just pet supplies. In person sales are permitted at car dealerships, phone stores, bike shops and garden shops. Everyone shopping inside should be wearing a face covering. Child care providers are allowed to open if they can follow C.D.C. guidelines. The stay at home order is lifted under the yellow phase and gatherings of up to 25 people are permitted with safe social distancing. Hotels and Motels were already allowed to open during the red phase. The yellow phase means short term rentals like Airbnb are allowed. Real Estate showings are permitted with masks and safe social distancing. Bars and restaurants must remain closed for inside service. Visits to nursing homes, hair salons and jails are still prohibited. In all situations sanitizing and disinfecting must take place as often as possible.
