Port Jervis Police have announced the arrest of 21 year old Mario Mateos for allegedly shooting two 16 year old boys on Barcelow Street Monday Night. On Wednesday Night police executed a search warrant at a home on Barcelow Street where a gun was recovered and Mateos was taken into custody. He's been charged with first and second degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Mateos was arraigned in Port Jervis City Court and lodged in the Orange County Jail. His bail was set at $300,000 cash.
