When I was first married we bought a townhouse in Hamburg. It became mine after the divorce settlement. I've been renting it out since we moved to Pennsylvania in 2002. Keeping after the upkeep two properties has not been easy. Every year I try to do a major project at both places. This year's major project was new flooring in the townhouse. The carpeting had been there for 20 years. It was time. My daughter's boyfriend knows how to put down laminate flooring. So I was very fortunate to have his help. We worked most of the day Friday, Saturday and Sunday to get the entire first floor done. It came out beautiful. I have a new appreciation for rubber mallets. The only other event this weekend was a trip to Firefly Park in Matamoras with Gracie and Christopher Saturday afternoon. It's been a while since I've posted adorable grand baby pictures. So enjoy!
