My "Escaping Grand Baby" Weekend in Pictures

This weekend was pretty quiet for me. On Saturday Morning I took some time to myself and went Father's Day shopping at the Galleria Mall. I didn't have to wear a mask. Which was great. I bought a new white dress shirt, new slippers and a new bathing suit for me for Father's Day. My daughter and sons then get to pick which gift they want to pay for. After 30 years I think I have the Father's Day gift thing figured out. All of my kids got away with spending under 20 bucks on me this year. My birthday is about a week after Father's Day. This should leave them with plenty of money to overwhelm me with birthday presents. Are we laughing yet? Speaking of laughing, my grandson Christopher is now walking, running, climbing and trying to escape everywhere we try to put him to keep him safe. Watching him climb over his baby gate is hilarious. He tries to go out the sliders to the deck with the dogs too. He makes me so happy everyday. Then, since my pool is open and my garden is doing great. I finally got around to staining my decks. This is the last home project I do very summer. It's the one I truly dread. I got the deck steps done Saturday afternoon. On Sunday I only stained under the stairs because there was a threat of rain. Deck staining is something I do a little at a time. There you go. That was my weekend. Check out all the pictures below.
