As anyone who listens to the WSUS Morning Show already knows. I took an extra day off to extend the July 4th weekend. I was looking forward to it and really needed the break. My grand kids provided the comedy all weekend long. It was nice to pretty much do some small projects at my own pace. Yesterday was also my son Matt's 30th birthday. Since it was very hot on Monday and Tuesday I made sure to spend lots of time in the pool. My ceiling fans are now dirt free. Kim and I organized the pantry. There was a "house party" catch up call with my cousins on the west coast. We made T bone steak and ribs on the grill. By far the coolest moment happened when I went for a walk on Saturday afternoon. I saw a blue heron on the rocks in the Delaware River near my home. Enjoy my pictures below.
