In response to the recent increase in cases of COVID-19 hospitalizations and cases. There will be 4 more opportunities to get a booster shot or vaccine available at the Sussex County Fairgrounds. All of the clinics will be run by the Sussex County Office of Public Health Nursing and Sparta Pharmacy. No appointment is needed but a vaccine consent form must be filled out beforehand. The form can be filled out on the Sussex County Department of Health website. The 4 clinics will take place over the next two weeks. The dates and times are:
Thursday January 6th from 2PM to 5PM
Saturday January 8th from 9AM to Noon
Thursday January 13th from 2PM to 5PM
Saturday January 15th from 9AM to Noon
