Mike was originally living outside, but when his caretaker passed away he and the other cats he was with went to the Jefferson Pound. They often transfer cats to us, and Mike was just one of the latest! He got neutered last Wednesday and that's when he was officially transferred to us. He does have bilateral entropian which I'm sure Dr. Bullock can explain better, but it's basically that his eyelids didn't form properly so his eyelashes are always irritating his eyes (we had a Pet of the Week Buddy, a tabby cat, maybe a year ago with the same problem). It can be corrected with surgery, though. He is super friendly and outgoing, and is always looking out the window of his room to see what's going on! He is about a year old and can't wait to be your friend!
