A former Sussex County Community College student is in the Morris County Jail this morning after making threats against a campus security officer. Karl Taguinoid was arrested at his residence in Sparta yesterday afternoon. The campus was closed all day yesterday as police investigated who made the calls Tuesday afternoon. Taguinoid is 24, He has been charged with 2 counts of terroristic threats and one count of causing public alarm.
