The latest lawsuit against McDonald's for the way a hot beverage was served comes from a woman in Kenvil. Stacey Crisman says she was burned when the lid on her hot tea was not secured properly by an employee at the McDonald's on Route 10 in Roxbury. The suit was filed in Morris County Superior Court this week. Crisman says the loose lid caused the hot tea to spill on her lap. The suit claims the McDonald's employees were not trained or properly supervised. Which resulted in Crisman suffering injuries that prevented her from "performing and engaging in everyday activities" and loosing "enjoyment of life."
