This was definitely an Epic Weekend that I'll never forget. Our annual New Jersey Wine & Food Festival at Crystal Springs Resort is one of my favorite events all year. It's always a fun rite of Spring here in northwest New Jersey. I was able to attend with one of my besties, JG. It was his first time attending New Jersey Wine & Food Festival. We had a fantastic time. I was able to go into rooms I haven't been in before, and everything was so beautiful. Yummy food and beverages as far as the eye can see! I don't know how or what they did, but that bacon I had was one of the most amazing bacon samplings I ever had in my life. It was mouth watering!
Friday night I had a chill quiet night over at besties Jasen & Brendan's place. Just what the doctor ordered for sure. Looks like in the near future I'm going to see their new camper. I don't know if it will be Glamping or not, but this promises to be interesting!
Saturday I just got some basic errands done before making our way to Crystal Springs for New Jersey Wine & Food Festival. I had such a great time running into so many friends. I stuck to red cabernet wines for the night, deciding to try and mix drinks as little as possible. The wines were all terrific. Some vendors were really funny and good sports. We asked one vendor what the difference is between two of his wines, he dryly quickly answered with "about ten bucks." Hilarious!
We were psyched they had The Kentucky Derby on TV at The Crystal Tavern. JG and I had so much fun watching that intense photo finish. Mystikal Dan was in my pool that I joined, meaning I won! Woohoo! I didn't even know he was my horse until after the race ended. I'm very happy he was my horse!

Sunday I was happy to go try the new Vernon Brewery Alias. I was so happy getting to hang with Sally & Douglioso, Marky, Margie & Artie, George and Roy. GREAT time. It was my first time seeing Sally & Douglioso in quite awhile, and we immediately started having fun catching each other up on our recent life events. Whether it's been a day or a month since we have seen each other, we always pick up immediately right wherever we left off as if no time had passed at all. The beers were okay, not great, not bad, nothing to write home about. The ambiance was definitely fun! Great time seeing friends.
I fell asleep before the Tom Brady Netflix Roast special. I have been enjoying watching many highlights of the roast today that is for sure!
