My "Pumpkin Picking Fun" Weekend in Pictures

Going to Ideal Farm and Garden to take a hay ride and get our pumpkins has become a family tradition. It's always great to see my friend Jan. She always makes us feel very welcome. My grand kids love the hay maze, feeding the goats and the hay ride to the pumpkin patch. It was a beautiful afternoon but it was dry. We had to stop for drinks three times. Now that the pumpkins are picked I'm going to leave the carving to dad and mom! My other accomplishment this weekend was thoroughly cleaning and packing up the pool filter. When the filter is very clean. Getting the water crystal clear is much easier when I reopen the pool the following summer. If you ever wanted to see the inside of a pool filter. There's a picture below. The last picture is of one of our cats. Tofu loves to get the dog upset by sleeping in her cage. Millie barks and Tofu ignores her! It's what cats do!
