Do we care what our coworkers do outside of work? I normally don't give too much thought to it, we all work a ton of hours. This did get me thinking regarding the Matt Harvey situation for the Mets. He recently admitted to being out Friday night past curfew (allegedly boozing late at night,) then golfing the next morning, getting a headache and missing the Mets game. Even if you're not pitching that day, in baseball you attend every single one of your games. Now there's another twist from the NY Post, where sources are saying he's going through a heartbreak. You can see more about that by clicking here. I only care that what my coworkers are doing outside of work doesn't hurt themselves, others, and doesn't affect their performance.
