Turning Stress Into Positive Energy

These are some great tips on helping us deal with stress.  My back has been injured for over a year due to stress.  UGH.  I'm open to pretty much anything at this point.  Breathing is good.  Deep breaths counting to ten they're still claiming works, I'll get back to that and stretching.  You can see the whole list by clicking here.
