In the wake of recent natural disasters in Texas and Florida, the best way to help would be to make a donation to the American Red Cross. Simply text REDCROSS to 90999 and $10 will go to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief fund. Or you can head to their website and for a minimal $10 donation, you get to select where the money goes, be it towards helping those affected by Hurricane Harvey or more recently Hurricane Irma. Or you can choose to have it earmarked for those desperately in need. However you select, your generosity will greatly help our fellow human beings and your donation is fully tax deductible.
