A survey doen by Sealy says they have us all figured out, based on our sleeping position. I don't sleep well, but attempt to on my right side / stomach. I WISH I could sleep on my back and I always try, but fail. Sleeping on your back is so much better for your back they say, yet I still constantly fail. My back wishes I could sleep on it, believe me! I'm a hot mess. They say I'm a heavy smoker if sleeping on my right, and heavy drinker for sleeping on my stomach? #1 I don't smoke nor drink coffee, and #2 I've slept on my tummy since I was a baby.
