The annual Franklin Carnival began it's four night run last night. The event(6 to 10 each night) is a little later this year as it usually takes place around the Fourth of July weekend. However, you're still getting those fireworks. The first display was last night; if you missed them the second round is tomorrow(Saturday) night at 9:30. In addition to the carnival rides, there is musical entertainment from area bands and a deejay plus everyone's favorite, food. Admission is free. The carnival is located on Corkhill Road right next to the Franklin Pond. It's off to the carnival.
