6 Ways To Break Out Of Our Routine

I'm Steve, and I'm addicted to routine.  To say I'm a creature of habit would be a major understatement.  I'm so routine oriented, my Perfect Attendance streak hasn't been stopped - and it started when I was 13 in Seventh Grade.  

This article shows us 6 tips on how to break our routine and add more excitement to our worlds.  Meditation has been a big time goal of mine for quite some time.  I want this year to be the one that finally gets me into it.  I'm surprised meditation can add more excitement to our lives, however travelling solo I've been recommending for years.  Before Awesome Girlfriend Megan, I've been single most of my life (and totally good with it.)  Travelling alone is what I'm used to and LOVE.  You don't have to worry about anyone else's wants, schedules, etc, other than your own.  I highly recommend travelling on your own once in awhile when possible.  I talked our morning guy Steve Andrews into it, and he's never looked back!  You can see the story by clicking here.
