A Hopatcong woman has been arrested after bragging on Facebook that she and her son ran over three cats. This story makes me sick to my stomach. Vas Cain of Hopatcong has reportedly been charged hitting a domestic animal and failing to report the incident. I'm so happy that Justice For Dogs became involved with this situation. Thank goodness I was able to keep my cat "Pepper," inside for his wonderful 17 year life. My thoughts and prayers go out to families who may have lost their pets in this awful incident. Even if they're not an animal lover, I just don't understand how someone could brag about this.
