10th Child Dies In North Jersey Severe Viral Outbreak

It's certainly frightening when authorities are confirming that a 10th child has died from this viral outbreak at the Wanaque Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Haskell.  This adenovirus can be especially dangerous to those who have weaker immune systems.  According to Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, there is no vaccine available to the general public for this.  The best way to prevent contracting this is to wash your hands, and a state inspection found they apparently have deficiencies with this at that facility.  28 people have been impacted by this adenovirus since September.  We hope for the best possible scenarios with everyone affected by this unfortunate situation.  It's not fun when New Jersey makes national news for sad matters like this!
