I'm always trying to help you maximize your time since it seems like we never have enough of it, right? Some of these make sense, like having a clock near your television, relying on routine, gaining new nighttime hobbies, etc. That being said, they're recommending delaying getting into comfy clothes and staying in your work clothes longer? Okay, so most of these make pretty good sense. I'm not a fan of that last one we mentioned even though they say if you're still in work gear, it's more likely that we stay in productive work mode more or less.
