Improving Your Work Life Balance, And Crying Can Help Us Lose Weight?

Maintaining a healthy work - life balance. This is something that I've been trying to improve on for many years, with plenty of room left for growth. My radio career has always found me in positions where I'm always the one on call 24/7, 365 days a year. Radio stations are on 24/7, so when something goes wrong at any time someone has to go in and fix it. There are so many hundreds of elements that happen on radio stations everyday, every one of which can go terribly wrong knocking us off the air. Radio stations are so delicate that even one of my cute kittens during Pet Of The Week could knock us off the air (which did happen one time, funny story we can tell later on that one.)

The Headspace App experts are giving us some very helpful tips on improving our work - life balance. Know your strengths, prioritizing your time, manage your mind with meditation, are some of the terrific tips that you can see by clicking here.

Okay, this is helpful but not as clutch as originally appearing on the surface. When the headline is that crying can help us lose weight, I'm ready to start watching sad movie clips on Youtube. You can burn calories by crying. The trouble is that they have to be legit tears, like a crying fit that none of us want to be getting ourselves into on a regular basis. You can see the science behind it by clicking here.
