Sarah Zadoyko Bartee is a New York Giants fan who enjoys taking her family to Met Life Stadium. On Saturday August 17th she took her family to see the Giants take on the Chicago Bears. It was the first football game for her 14 week old breast feeding son. She had tickets for the rest of her family but did not purchase a ticket for the tiny baby. When she tried to pass through the gate she was shocked to find out she would have to purchase a seat for the infant in her arms. Now she is taking the football team to task for their ticket policies. The Giants don't have a kids under 2 free policy and parents can't buy a lap ticket either. Parents must buy a separate seat for an infant. Even if the baby can't sit in the seat. The New York Jets who also play at Met Life Stadium have a totally different policy. All kids 34 inches and under are free. Bartee says the Giants policy discriminates against breast feeding moms. Some football fans disagree with her. They believe a loud crowded football game is no place for a tiny baby. Well, maybe Sarah and her family should start rooting for the Jets and see how that works out.
