One of my many favorite things about having a career in radio is getting to dress more casual than in other office settings. In this era we're in now, you rarely see neck ties in offices. I admit the only times I have worn one of my ties this year was at formal events to match Awesome Girlfriend Megan's hot dresses. Even though many offices have shifted to more casual, comfortable dress codes (hallelujah,) industry sources are still recommending that you wear your formal suit for an interview.
