Senator says there's no need to "slow walk" opening N.J. safely

State Senator Steve Oroho says Governor Murphy has detailed plans on his desk that would allow the state to re-open safely starting now. In a press release yesterday afternoon Oroho said the governor has plans from "virtually every industry" that would allow a return to a more normal life and regular activities. "In every discussion I've had with small business owners and industry trade groups the consistent message I've heard is that New Jersey could get back to work today if the governor would lift unnecessary restrictions." Later in the release the state senator said:" I think the governor's 4 stage plan announced today is an effort to slow walk our re-opening that is unnecessary and will inhibit what could be a quicker recovery." Yesterday Governor Murphy signed an executive order allowing batting cages, golf driving ranges, horseback riding, shooting ranges, private tennis clubs and community gardens to re-open on Friday.
