There will be Halloween in New Jersey with restrictions

Like everything else Halloween and Trick or Treating will look different this year. The good news is Governor Murphy just announced not everything relating to Halloween will be cancelled this year. I'm not sure if anyone can actually cancel Halloween in the first place. Here are the guidelines for trick or treaters announced by Governor Murphy yesterday: 1) Trick or Treaters hitting the streets mist wear masks that cover their mouth and nose. 2) Halloween Parties should be held outdoors or virtually. 3) Anyone attending a Halloween Party should wear a mask under the mask that comes with their costume. The Governor said: "You may wish to dress like a knuckle head this Halloween, but we don't want anyone to act like one."
