New Jersey state leaders are encouraging voters to participate in the state’s ‘Track My Ballot’ program. This initiative allows voters to confirm that their ballot has been received by a county elections official, providing an added layer of transparency and accountability in the electoral process.

State election officials report that over 965,000 New Jersey residents, approximately 15% of the state’s total electorate, have already signed up for the ballot-tracking program, and that more than 26,000 ballots have already been marked as returned by state election officials. This early participation indicates a high level of engagement from New Jersey voters.

In an effort to secure the integrity of the fall elections, both major political parties are investing resources. The Republican State Leadership Committee has reportedly spent about one million dollars to reassure voters that the electoral process is protected.

The ‘Track My Ballot’ program is available at no cost to voters through the state’s My Voter Record website.
