It's that time of the year again; turn the clocks ahead one hour before going to bed tonight as Daylight Saving Time(DST) returns  tomorrow morning at 2.   Until about 10 years ago, DST each year started the first Sunday of April lasting until the last Sunday of October.  The US Energy Policy Act of 2005 extended DST effective 2007 making it from the second Sunday of March until the first Sunday of November.   Personally, I have always preferred the longer days of daylight.  I don't mind it darker a little later in the morning.  I usually wake up about 8 or so except when filing in for Steve Andrews in the morning;  that's really early for me, reporting to work by 5AM.  That's my preference; however, there are pros and cons to DST, and I see strengths in both arguments.  Take a look at the various viewpoints on DST by going to
