COLORS OF FALL

The tri-state areas summer landscape is slowly starting to turn into the crimson, copper, and orange colors of fall; the change is slow because of the warm type of weather this autumn.  Probably within a couple of weeks you'll see the complete transformation of those leaves as well as their covering on lawns; it'll be fall exercise time with the raking of the leaves.  If hiking is a favorite activity of yours, this might be a good time to see the beginning of those landscape changes of fall. Stokes State Forest in Branchville, High Point State Park in Wantage, and the Delaware Water Gap Natural Recreation Area are some hiking spots you might want to explore.  Also if you want to get the latest in foliage conditions in the tri-state area or anywhere go to  http://foliagenetwork.com
