Woman Wanted in Florida Found by Sparta Police

Sparta Police Officer Brian Porter unintentionally found a woman who is wanted in Florida after he pulled her over for not stopping at a red light before turning. Volusia County Florida had warrants out for Jamie Rhodes' arrest on charges of fraudulent use of personal identification information and possession of a schedule 4 substance.

According to TAPinto Sparta, the 41-year-old was ticketed by Sparta police for turns at controlled intersection, failure to exhibit registration and failure to have mirrors required on a motor vehicle. 

She was taken into custody for processing and then taken to Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility where Rhodes will await extradition to Florida.
