Hopatcong Man Charged with Selling LSD Declines Plea

A Hopatcong man who is charged with selling LSD has declined a plea offer because he won't tell the prosecution who his supplier is. Kevin L. Dilks, 43, is one of two men who were busted by the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force in an undercover investigation.

Dilks' charges include first-degree manufacturing/distributing a controlled dangerous substance and third-degree conspiracy. The other man, Blake Pupo, is facing 21 charges.

Both men have previously served time. Dilks for conspiracy and drug-related charges, and Pupo for defrauding a urine test

Their next court date is scheduled for Aug. 27.
