Frank Aigotti, who was convicted for robbing Lakeland Bank in Wantage, thinks that Sussex County's only criminal court judge has a personal bias against him. The 31-year-old took offense to Judge William J. McGovern III saying he was “impulsive, selfish, arrogant, reckless, and thoughtless in the consequence of his actions.”

McGovern's comments were made during sentencing and while Aigotti may have a problem with it, the assistant prosecutor said it was “fair" given Aigotti's actions during both the trial and sentencing.

According to the New Jersey Herald, McGovern apologized that Aigotti felt his character was called in to question but he said he has no "ill will" toward him or Jacinda Moore, who also played a role in the robbery.
