The Best Burger in Every NJ County

Burgers are an American classic and arguably one of the best foods ever created. Luckily you don't have to taste test every burger in your area to find the best, because NJ.com already did it for you.

Salt Gastropub in Byram claims the title of best burger in Sussex County with their Salt Burger. The house-made patty is 8 ounces, served on a brioche roll, and comes with handcut fries and sriracha aioli. Bradley Boyle co-owns and operates Salt with his wife Laurie. He graduated from the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park and after years of working under other chefs, he decided to open his own restaurant.

While Salt claimed the top spot, there were a few runners-up, including Sparta Classic Diner's Cheeselovers' Burger and the now-closed Flying Monkey Cafe's Edible Napalm Burger.
