Sparta Police Arrest Dump Truck Driver, Suspected Heroin

A dump truck driver was arrested on Friday by Sparta police after they received a call about erratic driving. After pulling Keith McKinney over, officers found a wax fold of suspected heroin that was labeled "Lethal Injection" in his wallet and an empty wax fold on the floor of the car.

According to the New Jersey Herald, officers also saw white powder residue on McKinney's nostrils and he showed signs of narcotic usage. The 48-year-old Budd Lake resident's charges include possession of a controlled substance and reckless driving.
