This is so precious! American Airlines and the Make-A-Wish Foundation gave one child a sendoff fit for a princess. Cayleigh Gilroy was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia when she was 16-months-old. She's now 4 and is finished with treatment. Cayleigh's parents said she's doing well and her family is celebrating by heading to Disney World.

Before she got to visit the happiest place on earth, she arrived at the airport in a limo, sat in her own bedazzled pink throne, and enjoyed cupcakes topped with princesses. But that's not even the best part.

THEY TURNED THE AIRPLANE GATE INTO A CASTLE! It even had its own Mickey and Minnie Mouse!

Watch the video of Cayleigh's sendoff below.
