Sussex County schools can't catch a break. According to the New Jersey Herald, "elevated levels of aspergillus/penicillium" were found in one area of Sparta's Helen Morgan School. Luckily, the classroom it was found in hadn't been used and is closed off until it can be cleaned.
Schools in both Fredon and Hopatcong have also had to address the presence of mold with the former making use of classrooms at Stillwater Elementary School and the latter missing eight days of school.
