A Pennsylvania woman who was pulled over by Sparta Police in January and found to be in possession of 389 folds of heroin was sentenced to three years probation last week. Heather James, of Hawley, previously pled guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

The 41-year-old's sentencing also requires that she undergo a TASC evaluation, submit a DNA sample, complete 75 hours of community service, and pay court fines.

James was sentenced at the Sussex County Courthouse on September 26.
