Route 23 Crash Injures Two

Yesterday afternoon, October 7, a car driving southbound on Route 23 went off the road and hit a tree, injuring both the driver and passenger. The accident reportedly occurred around 3 p.m. between Smith Road and Central School Road.

Piotr Mikolajczak and his passenger were trapped inside the car, a Volvo V550, and an extraction tool had to be used to free them. The two were taken to Orange Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
