A former life coach who's currently serving a 10-year sentence for assaulting 10 children admitted to touching an 11th victim on Monday, October 22. Troy Leonard pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child as part of a plea deal.
The abuses occurred between 2011 and 2015 in Wantage, West Milford, Lafayette, Ringwood and Verona. When Leonard gets released, he'll be on parole supervision for life and listed as a Megan's Law offender.
In addition to assaulting nearly a dozen children, Leonard previously admitted to submitting over $600,000 worth of insurance claims for services he didn't provide.
