Jersey Shore Star to Start Prison Sentence in January

The cabs are here to take The Situation to prison...well, almost. Michael Sorrentino, of Jersey Shore fame, will begin serving his eight-month prison sentence for tax evasion in January. 

The 37-year-old plans to get married prior to spending time behind bars. He will reportedly get married next week, on November 1, and surrender himself to authorities on January 15. It is unknown where he will serve out his sentence.

His brother, Marc Sorrentino, will also be headed to prison for two years for the role he played in Michael's tax evasion.
