A Newton woman who was pulled over for a motor vehicle violation on October 28 ended up getting arrested when police found her in possession of crack cocaine. Denise Chambliss was reportedly in possession of four bags of crack cocaine, a suboxone tablet, and spoons used to cook cocaine.
The 61-year-old was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Her next court appearance is scheduled for November 14.
