A High Point Regional High School student is being charged with disorderly conduct after he reportedly engaged in an "out-of-control verbal barrage" on Tuesday, October 30. Anthony Castellanos allegedly "lost control of his emotions" in the main office.
School administrators contacted the New Jersey State Police and when they arrived the 18-year-old was placed under arrest and charged with disorderly conduct.
That same day a student was injured in a fight in a school bathroom but Castellanos was not involved in that incident and neither were the State Police.
