Franklin Resident Arrested for Credit Card Theft

A Franklin Borough resident was arrested after her took a woman's credit card and purchased almost $5,000 worth of goods. The woman reported the theft to police on October 23 and six days later David R. Haberthur was arrested in Franklin.

The 36-year-old used the card at different locations in Franklin and Sussex County. Haberthur is facing charges of credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of more than $4,800.
