A Wantage man who was convicted of robbing Lakeland Bank in Wantage has taken a plea deal for obstruction charges he was facing. On Wednesday, November 14 Frank Aigotti pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth-degree obstruction of justice.

The 37-year-old is currently serving a 40-year prison sentence and the assistant prosecutor recommended an 18-month sentence to be served concurrent with the time he's already serving. His anticipated release date is March 8, 2049.

He previously made headlines for saying that Sussex County's only criminal court judge had a personal bias against him.
